Online Registration for Clubs:

The Hammerhead e-Club Registration system is a complete registration system with some of the most advanced programming features available. Our e-Club Registration System is designed specifically for soccer clubs. This system allows families from your club to register and add family players. Each family is provided an individual family control panel that will display any club dues or any outstanding balance.

The system will even calculate your players age group for you based on his/her birthdate. Families can also register their players for club programs, events and even tryouts. From an admin perspective, this system was designed with a club administrator in mind. The admin control panel includes the ability to post available programs, manage associated payments, team assignment, complete email communication utilities and much, much more.

Our advanced e-League Manager system, which is built in Microsoft Access and/or SQL and driven by ASP, is a stable, easy-to-use system that will allow you to manage your entire league-- From detailed player and team registration - with passcard and roster printing -- even submission of birth certificates and photos online, team assignment (if a recreational league) and team communication by email and standard mail.

Plus, your league may pick and choose which components are needed. For instance, you may elect to just do online registration - or online registration with team assignment. The options are only limited by your needs and budget and utilities can be added at anytime.

e-Reg System for State Associations:

e-Reg is a total Online Database Management System. Manage your membership registrations, print player pass cards, team rosters, view registration payment reports, communicate with league and/or club contacts by email (with special file attachment utility), export data for US Youth Soccer, send payment reminders to leagues/clubs or easily create and print mailing labels. Your state association also has the ability to find an individual player/coach, then edit that information or print that specific player’s or coach's passcard.

This flexible system also allows your leagues and/or clubs to import their data (if they prefer to use an outside system for registration), upload photos and birth certificates and perform registration data entry in their league/club utility and can be customized to allow for true online registration with payment & team management. Your leagues and/or clubs have the ability to record league/club contact info, print passcards, print official rosters and export data in total or for mailing list purposes. Leagues and/or clubs also have the ability to find an individual player/coach, then edit that information or print that specific player or coach passcard.
